These children have an astoundingly exact knowledge of their past lives and prove it by recognising localities, personal events and people they could not have known before, made up or imagined. 2) The „Past Life Regression” Method (adults): All over the world more and more people go to regression hypnotherapists who help them to retrieve memories of past lives in an altered state of consciousness (also commonly called „trance”).
